    A broke pipe, carrying city water from another broken pipe, created hazardous conditions under a bridge on North Ave. Now that the leak is fixed, let's think about the 20,000 MILLION GALLONS of drinking water "lost" by in FY19.

    City water poured out of this conduit pipe for a full year before it was fixed. It was one of hundreds of leaks that result in 20,000 MILLION gallons of drinking water "lost" in DPW's distribution system in FY19.

    Rather than "The Banner"—referencing “The Star-Spangled Banner,” penned by slave-owning lawyer Francis Scott Key—"The Baltimore Star"—an homage to the anti-slavery newspaper "The North Star" published by Maryland & Baltimore's Frederick Douglass would've been helluva lot better.

    JFC. Probation time served. Watch.

    The judge in Kyle Rittenhouse's trial says lawyers cannot call the 2 people he killed "victims." Rittenhouse killed 2 people and wounded another with an AR-15 style weapon. The judge says "victim" is too "loaded" but will let lawyers call them "rioters, looters or arsonists."
