THAT is exactly what I thought, Mr. Meacham! Johnson's "swing around the circle" in 1867, when he was fighting Congress over Reconstruction policy - yelling at Republicans, swearing, appearing drunk while giving speeches. A disgrace then. And with Trump, a disgrace tonight...
