Good read. I would add the focus on 'rad' company culture has become a cautionary tale. Revolutionary 'Culture' often devolved into 'toxic culture' complaints. Current solid culture offerings seem to lean more into "We're not toxic!" Which is just fine.
I recently heard 2 takes on culture from thought leaders.
1. You can build culture. You can't fix culture.
2. Culture is what you are willing to accept.
I found both of these to be off. There's a little truth in both but I don't consider these headlines of culture building.

One thing I've learned after 12 years being CEO of 2 different companies is that if you want your team to succeed you need to set them up with the proper context, direction, guardrails, & clarity around outcomes. The outcome's a team sport. Set-up, tone, & direction are on you.

When you watch this January 6 hearing.. everything is crystal clear. The committee did its job.
On the coverage ia a counter argument the committee is 'biased' and untrustworthy..It's enough of an argument for that audience to dismiss all the truth presented.
These guys have been at this for years and are just excellent at applying logic to absurdity.
