Ah voting in TX. I really hope everyone meets in middle.. meets in the bar.. meets at the show Or meets in the park. Voting is important but meeting and talking to people is more important for our communities.

Being one of the elders at the show this weekend was an honor! Been forever since I've seen a great electronic show.. If you get a chance, catch a show while he's on tour.
I recently heard 2 takes on culture from thought leaders. 1. You can build culture. You can't fix culture. 2. Culture is what you are willing to accept. I found both of these to be off. There's a little truth in both but I don't consider these headlines of culture building.

STOKED to share the founder profile featured in this month's @austinwoman on Trisha Fortuna! Without Trish, there is no Poke-Poke. She saw the opportunity. She executed our vision. She coined the tag"The Surfers Sashimi" Thanks Trish! atxwoman.com/the-feed-poke-

I'm a little tired of the 'quiet quitting' and 'quiet firing' narrative. PSA: People are working hard and getting promoted. Those people aren't going viral. But I'd bet $5 every time someone 'quiet quits', a colleague is considered for promotion.

Mueller’s latest amenity, the skate park and cycle pump track, is now open to public! Enjoy skateboarding, inline skating and riding BMX bikes while also enjoying breaks under a colorful shade canopy that features restrooms and a water fountain.

100% True. A great exercise is fielding ideas from the team and putting them through the outcome filter. "What is the specific outcome you expect and how does it align with our set of goals?"

One thing I've learned after 12 years being CEO of 2 different companies is that if you want your team to succeed you need to set them up with the proper context, direction, guardrails, & clarity around outcomes. The outcome's a team sport. Set-up, tone, & direction are on you.

Hi I'm a fan but this pic jumps the shark. I don't know one dude that puts on his sweats, sexy hat, smolder face AND lights a candle on his bearskin rug.

When you watch this January 6 hearing.. everything is crystal clear. The committee did its job. On the coverage ia a counter argument the committee is 'biased' and untrustworthy..It's enough of an argument for that audience to dismiss all the truth presented.
These guys have been at this for years and are just excellent at applying logic to absurdity.

We asked a simple question to someone who believes that ANTIFA was behind the January 6th attack on the Capitol.

A note to those arguing arming teachers and more civilians is the answer: If cops trained to stop criminals can't stop 1 guy from going into a school with an AR15 and body armor, how are teachers going to do it? Confirmed on FOX cops were outgunned:
I can't say this enough. Unless we're in crisis or war, Presidents don't do much re-economy. Congress does LESS. US laws and regulations that do exist are mostly non enforceable due to oversight that's non existent. Most Everything is worked out by we, the people

Is Biden really to blame? American presidents have little control over fuel markets. Petroleum products are global commodities, and their prices are dictated by supply and demand. A president’s policies can influence market trends, but not yet for Biden. houstonchronicle.com/business/energ

Some great common sense business advice here. All of this rings clear and true.

I was at Amzn early '00s when we lost 95% of our market cap. Later at FB I negotiated a down-round in '09, and then in '12 our stock dropped 50% post-IPO. I was on the board of a public company that went bankrupt (Borders) and a start-up that went under (Hello). Some lessons:
