Q. #frailty In it's purest form w/force issues aside. Should geriatricians see all ages? Or frail >75yrs as well as all non frail >90yrs?
@Trisha_the_doc as time goes on I increasingly see the "young frail" and the "old frail" as very different populations.

Thinking of my disabled brother with Duchenne & my Granny aged 98 with dementia, their needs were very different.

#hospitalathome but are OK to say no when diff specialty better -
I think one of the problems is that "young frail" don't have better specialty.

I increasingly think if people cared for my needs I wouldn't care where I was - just get me better!
