    I recognize my privilege in taking steps back as a cis-gendered white woman and I will continue to fight for racial justice in this body as it is my duty and honor to do so. I also recognize it is my duty to work to be whole so I can show up powerfully in the work. (5/7)

    Im blessed to have a commUnity of comrades, family, & mentors who have supported me in transforming that conditioning, & giving me space to recreate the person I wanted to become. By walking in vision, I support others to do the same. This is at the heart of all my work. (4/7)

    White supremacist culture told me that being a martyr/savior was the only way to escape guilt & be any good to the movement. & good ol' partriarchy demanded that I overachieve to get even a fraction of "success" creating a norm for me that tied my productivity to my worth. (3/7)

    I now over-stand that I was conditioned from a young age to take care of others before myself, especially boys and men. Another layer was being taught my value was connected to my ability to be attractive to and please boys and men. (2/7)
