It seems fair to note that Trump has offered some concessions here. But only fair if you also note that his administration ended DACA protections and slashed TPS protections in the first place. So his concession is, in part, just to undo the damage he inflicted.
That's like saying: I set your house on fire, burned most of it down, and now I will offer you enough to tile the bathroom. These are not "concessions." This is ransom. Please stop framing it that way.
