    Hmm. Apparently none of the founders, investors or board members of this startup that just raised funding had any problems with this team. If you're not asking about diversity and inclusion, you're not doing your job. Not naming, because it could be one of too many startups

    And this is not the first ping I've received about your generous shoutout--people really do read acknowledgements!

    Why I love (and always read!) acknowledgements: the hilarious and intellectual just told me a lady from his paper route when he was a kid emailed his mom to say he got a shoutout in mine for something funny he said to me ages ago. This made my day.

    Given the fraud lawsuit against Joe Chen, this seems like something that perhaps would want to nail down.

    Not that anyone's LinkedIn profile should be considered official anything, but Joe Chen is still representing himself as sitting on 's board, when the company had told FIN he's no longer there:

    In this instance, the list is with the SEC, and it's on the web site. Absent is the *change* that must have taken place between the announcement of the SPAC (roughly 1/21) and the first prospectus. No one seems to have noted Chen's removal until me--which is yes, bonkers.

    It’s utterly bonkers that the list of directors of a public company can ever not be on file somehow with the SEC. No wonder the SEC looks askance at SPACs.
