    I have five kids but only one of them wrestles almost year around (10 months). But even with him, I have to keep a change of pace scheduled. He’s most hungry to wrestle during soccer season!!

    Parents w/ young kids wrestling year around need to be extremely cautious. Know your kid. Don’t compete w/ other kids in the room for total mat time. Have a long view in mind! Help him or her develop but KEEP them hungry!! Not all kids are the same.
