Delhi started reopening on June 1 and it's moving very fast towards normal life. DGHS has recently removed Ivermectin from the list in India. Don't know the exact reason. But looks like they are pushing for Vaccines.

Please understand even the vaccination drive is in full flow in Delhi as well. There was strict lock down till 7th June vs London is now opening. Also you need to wait for few more weeks, Delhi is now opening cases will rise again.
