I don't have a job description yet, but I am looking to hire a chief of staff to help with @mcjpod and other related MCJ efforts (across community, events, investing, and more).
Should be someone junior, smart, strategic, hungry to learn, mission-driven, and fine doing a bunch of grunt work out of the gate, while learning a ton through osmosis. Not very well defined, but the right person will see that as an opportunity! Needs to be Boston-based.
