    . to apply Dec. 15 to for 15% rate cut to basic insurance, as part of transition to no-fault. NDP promised avg savings of 20%, or $400, per driver. But that’s only if you get both basic and optional ICBC insurance. Basic insurance alone = avg $150 savings.

    71% of Canadians plan to shop online this holiday & 57% want to source local products. So glad to hear consumers are motivated to buy local this season, and Not-Amazon is helping them do it.
