It’s so hard! If we look at psychologist stats (per APA), then about 5% of US psychologists are AAPI and only about 1% of those identify as men. And there’s no guarantee that they do therapy.

I for one am still haunted by the horror stories I’ve heard as a manager for ’s Black Journalists Therapy Relief Fund. Yet, Black journalists are living the stories. I often wonder if their situations improved post grant. But we all know s*** just don’t change on their own.
