Hey everyone! I started two months ago with a bunch of friends. I am incredibly proud of that, and of them.
#TTP is the most amazing group of humans I’ve ever been part of.
I told everyone from the start that I was not the “leader.”

I will still be working just as hard at #TTP but focusing on the stuff I’m good at.
When I ran companies I told people, “the only fireable offense is NOT hiring people smarter than you.” :)
I brought on 500 people smarter than me. Thank god.

Anyway, I’ve also learned my own limitations in my old age. I’m good at some things, but being diplomatic is not one of them. Anyone who has followed me has gotten an earful of that. 😅
So, I’m formally stepping down from any leadership role at #TTP.
