Not only is it illegal, it’s just plain unconstitutional.

Illegal? Is that a State or Federal law? Could you please give me the statue on this? As for being unconstitutional unless I missed something as I scanned the Constitution, I could not see anything that would be unconstitutional. Maybe he is using the 10th Amendment.
