    Every listing has 3 income-earning opportunities: 1. Commission from the sale of the listing. 2. Commission from referrals (and repeat business). 3. Commission from seller/buyer leads generated through the marketing of the listing. Develop a strategy for each and win big.

    The keyword "Zillow" is searched more than the keyword "Real Estate". You can either get mad about that OR you can seek to understand how they built an iconic brand in the minds of the consumer and try to replicate that for your local area.
