I make videos about horror movies and tv shows. Only reason I use screenshots is because small clips from trailers get claimed. Can't make videos without showing what I'm talking about.
You can defo make videos without showing what you’re talking about. Although I understand your apprehension to doing so, it is very possible.
Like sure I could film my tv screen as b roll or something, yes. But the point / fact of the matter is that the way I’m using screenshots is covered under fair use law and YouTube does nothing about companies abusing the system.
