I keep coming back to this idea of like, what would every object interface be if you never had to pull out a phone or had to log in to some browser somewhere else.
ultimately we just want objects to do the things they do and there's often that distance and abstraction w/ gadgets

Flip side of the coin here is Reading. Text as a 2D passenger in a 3D space still seems underserved for its impact. Need whole new font families & rendering engines. Shader Optimizations. XR for more than a game needs Text to be more than a little add on part of UI dev tooling.

The importance of writing in VR is underrated. We’ve been writing for 5,000 years, it’s not going away,
Keyboards on smartphone were key to adoption,
VR controllers being very bad at writing, is a huge problem.

Tweetbot literally changed its whole-ass model to comply with the various API terms the various times Twitter has changed its mind about this stuff. Pretending otherwise is disingenuous.
Quote Tweet
Tweetbot has been around for over 10 years, we've always complied with the Twitter API rules.
If there's some existing rule that we need to comply with, we'd be happy to do so, if possible. But we do need to know what it is...

XR world builders are unconstrained by gravity. No first fix utility in walls. No plenums. No drainage or wind shear. But 6DOF 3D space has the same 👁️👁️ real or virtual. Beauty is the same. So Architecture is much the same now with structural tolerances like triangle count etc

And this is the shader code:
float d = median(tex.r, tex.g, tex.b);

Love how this illustrates that with AR, screens don't have bounds.
The limitations of windows and objects living "inside" the frame of a display disappear, and what's left is frictionless continuity between real and virtual.
