    A5 I also think just being fully present to other people can be a real gift. Sometimes people just need to know we see them.

    A5 I think a good goal is to look for other people's strengths and point them out authentically. We need to intentionally look for the good because if we fake it, our comments could backfire.

    A4 This isn't really an answer to this question per se, but to stay positive, I try to remind myself that attitude controls how negativity affects me. That's easier to say; hard to do.

    This is such a heartbreaking surprise. Tony was one of those people who just by the way he moved through the world, he made people want to live a better, freer, and more joyous life. He was such a force for good.

    I wonder how we provide support to Ts once they leave a PD with a new strategy. has a lot to say about how to use coaching to bridge the gap between learning & implementation. Ts choose the strategy & coaches support T learning with implementation.

    The instructional coaches in my district and I are attending year long PD this year from Jim Knight. I think what has made it beneficial is that it is continual and gives us time to reflect and practice/ refine our coaching skills.
