    A5 I think a good goal is to look for other people's strengths and point them out authentically. We need to intentionally look for the good because if we fake it, our comments could backfire.

    This is such a heartbreaking surprise. Tony was one of those people who just by the way he moved through the world, he made people want to live a better, freer, and more joyous life. He was such a force for good.

    This is such sad news...we have lost one of the best. Privileged to have studied under Tony and to have seen his work influence our coaching approach at . I am so grateful he was able to speak at . He was in such top form.This willl be my abiding memory..

    I wonder how we provide support to Ts once they leave a PD with a new strategy. has a lot to say about how to use coaching to bridge the gap between learning & implementation. Ts choose the strategy & coaches support T learning with implementation.

    The instructional coaches in my district and I are attending year long PD this year from Jim Knight. I think what has made it beneficial is that it is continual and gives us time to reflect and practice/ refine our coaching skills.

    This national conference brings together and and is in Leeds so we hope people interested in coaching & mentoring in education from north, south, east and west will join us.

    Love the coaching model in from Friday's coaching PD with . Using this model today not only helped focus a coaching conversation quickly, but it also led to the teacher doing most of the thinking and talking.
