The theory is about election night. The story goes there was a pre-election rig of switching votes from Trump red areas to Biden so it wouldn't appear suspect but when blue areas went Trump enough to overcome, the select areas all stopped counting then resumed with sketchiness.

I just heard via local talk radio that my AZ state rep is spearheading the investigation in Arizona and he alleges flatly ahead of today's meeting that Trump won Arizona and that McSally possibly did although her race was not their focus.
