    Some crackpottery about Ukraine originates with Manafort, pushing idea that he and Trump were both victims of pro-Clinton Ukrainians. Giuliani worked w lawyers for Manafort, in jail for laundering millions, some from pro-Kremlin pols in Ukraine. Manafort could use a pardon.
