Anonymous sources say so. And anonymous sources can be a valid reporting tool. But the fact that he also says it *might* be a coincidence suggests that no, there's no *actual* proof.
My guess--for what it's worth--is that various trolls are playing on Antonelli's gullibility to suss out CF's true identity.
