    Training set: 91k, test set: 28k. Ground truth on biopsies and follow up. That's a valuable dataset! In the larger UK dataset, FPs down by 1.2% and FNs down by 2.7%. Wonder if there's tooling to identify pixels/regions that contribute to positive classifications?
