Sure. It’s not just about wherewithal though. It’s also a MASSIVE privilege to have the security to be able to drop out of college and no one talks about this.

Why ever spend time on university (except joining the community)? It’s a loan burden and waste of time. I’ve never asked new team members for a diploma as a CEO/Founder since 2007. IMO the best way is to spend 1 year, add an Ivy line in a CV, get connected and drop out

As a first-year student at university in England, an alternate route into a well-paid, professional career seems impossible. Almost all jobs require a degree upon application - even the majority of unpaid work experience. It makes it very difficult and frustrating at times.
