Their parents sign an informed consent. I don’t say pro or con. It’s the parents’ choice, take it up with them. Further, the data on decreased STI is very clear.

So where's the epidemic of children contracting STDs that makes this ethical? The parents have no right asking for a prophylactic surgery that causes irreversible harm. What else would you be willing to cut off an infant because it might later have an illness involved?

Then you can let adults get circumcised. You are allowing someone other than the person affected make a decision that will not show benefit until the person could make the decision themselves. But it's not clear

The law isn't equal of this. Female circumcision has been illegal for decades. Where is the justice for millions of men?
