I'm guessing I need to uninstall them BOTH, then install Oculus but like... how would I do that with 100% certainty?
after reinstall I only loaded the O drivers and O Home. Worked fine. THEN SteamVR et al, everything was good.

Is your Vive breakout box still connected by USB? Drivers register that, not just the HMD. Had similar problem.
