see, I’m a contract producer. I often join teams from the start, but I’m not always full time. a lot of teams need part time producing

part-time producers still need to have rapport with teams, and know the game -really- well, and understand workflow though, which is tricky

which is why i join early, and try to make it to as many meetings as possible, and sometimes a retainer makes sense.

but because of how much i think a producer needs to know about a team’s workflow and habits, pick-up production is SO MUCH WORK
