I've seen a nice + talented guy have that niceness abused into working for 9 months solid, 6+ days a week, rarely less that 18h / day...

@smestorp that's our own fault, and something we should aim to avoid too, I'm a terrible boss for myself!
@JasperByrne @smestorp the best way to do it is continuing to build supportive community so more people feel less risk going solo.
