True. I’ve known several “die hard Catholics” who don’t have a clue why they are Catholic & don’t practice. Kind of seems like they are born into a Catholic family, so they’re Catholic. 
And you screen shot verse is preceded by discussion of the biases Jews had related to circumcision.

“You will know them by their fruit...” That’s not possible without applying judgement. Daily life demands we use judgment constantly. The only thing we are admonished not to judge is another persons heart.

You have a habit of selecting abridged segments of verses so it appears they support and/or relate to your position. "Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits."

You could heed your own advice to not judge another person's heart, especially when you judge a person who performs a medically safe procedure as "evil," thus assigning judgement to their heart.
