From what I have seen. People say bring Jet Set Radio Future to PlayStation or switch or PC. Truth is no it will not come to those systems except Xbox. Why? Because it's an Xbox Exclusive and it will remain this way. Sega is trying to tell us this. But nobody is understanding.

An Microsoft employee confirmed here on Twitter just a few months ago that SEGA does indeed own all the rights to FUTURE and that the game is not tied to the Xbox platform in anyway. 
Also Jet Set Radio HAD was a Dreamcast title. Sega did rerelease it because the Dreamcast was their system. However, Since Microsoft still exists Sega can't do it unless Microsoft let's them
