Jet Set Radio can get the Bayonetta treatment where Nintendo paid for everything. Microsoft can just ask for permission, i'm sure SEGA doesn't mind.

I'm not sure it completely does. Yes it's always an owned IP of SEGA, but is there some agreement like Bayonetta where it can't appear on a non-Microsoft platform after the OG Xbox.
