      I said China 🇨🇳 is deflecting blame. They are using media 📰 personalities to blame Russia when the real culprit is China themselves. Their DARK 🤖 ARMY is the real STATE ACTOR with the capabilities to pull off such a cyber attack. They have put backdoors 💻 into everything.
