Let me lay out the facts (at least to my understanding). Hideki made a tweet about having a teenager as a girlfriend. This person being 18 years old right? In Japan, under 20 is still considered a teen. Now, is a 48 year old man dating an 18 year old weird? Yeah

But it was a joke, it wasn't a joke against like a 14 year old girl, but a joke against a legal aged adult according to the US guidelines. Sure it's weird, but honestly shouldn't we be focusing on the actual pedophiles???
