Yo has anyone ever dumped Jet Set Radio's original models? Cause like they are no wheres to be found, that seems like it would be solid gold waiting to be mined by some model rippers out there. 
Nope. No one has developed a method & tool to extract the model and texture data.
Thanks to @neodos_ and his tools though we have a lot of great JSRF ripped assets. But even HE cannot seem to make sense of the original JSR Hex Code data...

Do keep in mind I reversed JSRF through hex code, there's a much better way to reverse engineer by disassembling the game .exe file and read CPU instructions to find out how the files are loaded, surely someone who has the later skill could reverse JSR model format fairly easily.
