The allure of opportunity seems grand... but everyone is in a rat 
race feeding on the weaker.

The sweet spot's a place that's good enough for commuting, but not inside the city. Cheaper and less in the middle of the chaos. I find myself wanting to live more and more in the countryside, myself. With the internet and technology, little reason to be in the big city today.
Commuting 
is a chore. Unreliable bus times, subway times, congestion... getting up 
extra early for the commute. The daily hurdles 
that pop up everyday.
I wouldn't recommend that hustle to anyone...
