He's been fighting for the rights of the less fortunate, people of color, and the lgbtq for decades my man. Political leaders might not always fix problems immediately but they can help push things in the right direction and help out the ruddies who've been struggling for years.

Bernie's been fighting for people for years, he was in the civil Rights movement, he established the LGBT pride parade in Vermont in '84, he's fought gender roles since the 70s, he's been for the people for a long while
