I’m sure the people at PepsiCo know they won’t ever get the money they’re asking for. They’re just protecting their IP, and while it’s kinda shitty to have a copyright on plants, no one and PepsiCo-or rather their lawyers-aren’t gonna make them pay, just make them stop planting.
