Was hoping that Hover would have the same feel as Jet Set Radio, but it's not really hitting the mark for me. Just feels so clunky and convoluted, sprinkled with confusion on what I'm supposed to be doing.

Yeah, I'll try that. The clunkiness I was referring to was towards some random frame drops that pop up here and there (docked). Can cause some issues when I'm flying around the map but I'll see what camera settings can change.

Oh yeah, about the frame dropping. If you’re playing ONLINE there can be frame dropping because of the latency. The developers are working on the netcode to speed it up by 25% or more. Yeah, my main issues with the game right now are just the frame rate issues online and the original camera feeling clunky. Changing things around helps out a TON, and disconnecting from the online system looks like it’s required for optimal play until that patch drops

I have literally none of these problems but ive seen complaining about the switch one having issues. Maybe its because system issues if your on switch
