I’mma take a stance here! Posting artwork made public on the internet is nothing but promotion for an artist. 9x outta 10 there is a signature or watermark. Listen, the fact is that in a court of law it’s very easy to determine the original artist. If someone has used your art for commercial purposes without consent it’s theft but sharing something quickly is just free viral promotion. If ya don’t want it shared don’t post it.pic.twitter.com/FM35HRUjJs

I DO NOT condone the cropping of artists names or repurposing of their content for commercial purposes. I credit all artists when I can... but I also don’t find the need to go outta my way to credit an image that contains an artist signature I found in a quick image search.pic.twitter.com/vKoD5ObX5e
