My #JetBrains educational license has expired while I've got no email for renewal. I've submitted a ticket. Still no answer after 2 weeks.
They develop high quality tools, but now I'm in doubt about #quality of their #support.

Hello, I am sorry about that. Please log in to your customer account https://account.jetbrains.com/login and there should be a button "renew your student license". In case there is a problem please let us know.
