Never put .idea into git - IDE settings are not part of the project, editor settings should be in .editor file to ensure consistency

I share only the Idea config files that are not generated from my build file. I wish it was easier to separate the two categories of files.

We tried this with the repro option for settings but
@phpstorm is mixing to much of personal and project settings. Not everyone wants to have the same theme
