@jetbrains Why is access to tickets in your tracker locked down so much? I constantly read issues on the support forum which then link off to tickets for more info, but I can’t access the tickets. Highly frustrating!

Some users choose to submit tickets not visible to public because they contain sensitive information, the solution in that specific ticket can be found here: http://stackoverflow.com/a/39698914/104891 ….
