Rather worried if you’re a social worker and feel looking after a 4 year old child’s welfare is now considered poor form. Amid the political football being played, we should remember that safeguarding the welfare of a 4 year old was central to this.

I think it highlights that legally the government has been very week at enforcing the lockdown from the start. Cummings has basically exposed the flaws in government policy
