Well done, Jess. I support the right of women to choose what they do or do not wear and to compare women in burqas to bank robbers and letter boxes is abhorrent and does nothing to support those women who don’t have a choice.

What exact ‘service’ has he refused them? Look back to Afghanistan or Iran in the 70s and you’ll see that the vast majority of women were liberated and not forced by men to wear such apparel. Those who wear them today are either forced to do so or are subservient. Which is it?
