Interesting. Is this meant to apply at the individual level or team/organisation level (involving shared sense making)? Or even at a discipline community of practice level?
As we gain more experience in a discipline, we need less structure. Also shows risks of dogma substituting structure & assuming no value in experience. Individuals, then teams, then orgs (and fuzzier with each larger scope). Not sure if it scales to community of practice / discipline (which off the cuff seems largely a meta structure for moving people through different levels of structural support vs. their experience)
