You can experiment and explore. See what works. Experience and knowledge are useful. But every patient is different.

...actually to extend the analogy, I think we know much more about medicine than corporate culture. Culture change is more like psychiatric medicine: two steps away from voodoo. We know as much about corporate culture as we do about the workings of the mind.
