When a friend reached a milestone birthday, we had a surprise birthday party where everyone else held up a mask with his face on the end of a paint stirrer stick. Something like like that might be more portable.
Ooh and then you could get volunteers from the audience. Give them quotes to read
"Okay, you are Jessica and you are Diana and you're in a ... where are they? *audience calls out* Walmart? I heard Walmart. Okay, you're in Walmart discussing technology. Go."
You could write the quote on the back side of the mask.
