I feel deep sadness today. What happened at a childcare center in Thailand yesterday is inhumane, incomprehensible. Watching the parents whose children were killed makes me weep. This should have never happened. My thoughts are with the bereaved families at this terrible time.

Many parents and employers think onsite childcare is the only option. In fact, childcare comes in many forms. In-home daycares give your child a pre-school experience for half the cost of onsite centers. Why?
