Just witnessed my first mask mandate disagreement since lifted it in Texas yesterday while picking up food at a . Woman came w/o a mask to dine in and an employee asked her to wear one as per company policy.

“Also it’s a statewide mandate,” the employee said. “No it’s not,” the woman quickly retorted. She then put a mask on but it did not cover her nose. A manager asked her to please cover her nose. “Do I have to wear a mask to eat?” The woman asked. “No,” the manager said.

The woman, who still had not cover her nose with a mask, then walked to and began using the soda fountain...Or as we say in Texas (regardless of what drink you actually get) - she got a Coke.
