I've been super excited about our Essex Couch from @polyandbark. After one shipment getting lost, waiting an add'l 4 wks, we finally got it today. Super upset that it has a huge gash on it. Now we have to wait another 5 wks for a new one to arrive.Plz get a new shipping company
