Oneida and Onondaga county have been seeing small increases recently. County execs were complaining about the lockdown on tv, then their death toll jump 3x in 2 weeks and they haven’t since.

I run a business in northern N.Y. I support
@NYGovCuomo. 7 deaths in our rural county yesterday. GOP needs to stop playing politics and help real small businesses. (My business is fine, I don’t want a bailout.) -
I eat at Crazy Otto’s when I pass through Herkimer. He isn’t making me want to go there next time. Maybe crazy is right.

We STILL only have limited testing in Northern NY. There have been 374 tests total in Franklin County. 14 performed on 4/29. Until there is aggressive testing here we have to assume it is all around us. We would all feel much better if we had data to back it up.
